Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign. 

I understand and agree to the following terms:
  1. Photographic Release: I grant the Photographer ( Kierra Davvon Branker) the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of me for editorial, trade, advertising, or any other purpose and in any manner or medium, including social media platforms.
  2. Ownership and Copyright: I acknowledge and agree that the Photographer retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the photographs, including any copyright ownership.
  3. Compensation: I understand that I am not entitled to any compensation, royalty, or payment in connection with the use of the photographs. 
     
  4. Release of Photographer's Liability: I release the Photographer and their legal representatives, heirs, and assigns from any claims, demands, or causes of action, whether now known or unknown, arising out of the use of the photographs.
  5. Usage Restrictions: I agree that the photographs may be cropped, altered, or modified in the discretion of the Photographer.
  6. Model Representation: I represent that I am at least 18 years old, and I have the full right and authority to enter into this agreement.
